Baia The Italian is a vibrant, waterfront restaurant in Darling Harbour, offering an authentic Italian dining experience with an extensive wine and cocktail menu. We are seeking an experienced and passionate Bartender to join our team and deliver exceptional service to our guests.

About You

  • Minimum 3 years of bartending experience in a high-volume venue
  • Strong cocktail-making skills and knowledge of classic and signature drinks
  • A passion for hospitality and delivering outstanding customer service
  • Ability to upsell and recommend drinks to enhance the guest experience
  • Good knowledge of Italian wines and spirits (or willingness to learn)
  • RSA Certificate (Responsible Service of Alcohol)
  • Excellent communication and teamwork skills
  • Ability to work under pressure and maintain a positive attitude also in fast paced environments

Your Responsibilities

  • Preparing and serving cocktails, wines, and other beverages to the highest standard
  • Recommending drinks and upselling premium products
  • Maintaining a clean and organized bar area
  • Managing stock and ensuring proper storage of ingredients
  • Working closely with the floor staff to provide seamless service

Pay: $32.00 – $39.00 per hour
