Darling Harbour, Australia Blackbird Full time $110,880 - $139,200 per year

Immediate start available - 2 years of bartender experience is essential, experience in cocktail is preferred, wine service and bar.

This role is Part-Time to start with possibility to change to Full-Time depending on your experience/preference. Ideally looking for a demonstrated leader with experience in a similar role in a fast-paced restaurant. You should be able to work autonomously with little supervision, be driven and demonstrate initiative. The ability to motivate and inspire others.

What you bring to the role

  • Recent experience as a bar tender or senior bartender in a restaurant - preferable
  • good knowledge of cocktails, spirits and wine service
  • Ability to run a small bar team to deliver efficient and high-quality beverage service

The Ideal Candidate Must Have:

  • Cocktail and spirit knowledge
  • Wine knowledge
  • RSA certificate
  • Safe Food Handler Certificate
  • Drive for beverage service
  • Passion for delivering outstanding service
  • Strong work ethic
  • Outgoing personality
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Exceptional presentation
  • Able and willing to work weekends, public holidays and late nights

Job Type: Part-time
