We have an exciting opportunity for a Business Manager to join our passionate, like-minded team at Northpoint Toyota Hillcrest, a family owned business with a trusted reputation built over 40 years in the automotive industry.

This role isn't just about selling; it's about genuinely exceeding customer expectations. You'll be working face-to-face with our valued customers, steering lending conversations with confidence and integrity. Using your strong understanding of finance products, processes, and policies, you'll proactively identify and deliver tailored solutions that enhance the customer experience while driving dealership success.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Engaging customers in meaningful finance conversations to meet their individual needs
  • Driving profitability through strategic upselling and customer engagement
  • Ensuring compliance with all regulatory and dealership standards
  • Working closely with the sales team to maximise F&I opportunities in a high volume, retail-oriented Toyota dealership

What You'll Bring

  • Proven experience in automotive finance or business management

  • Previous experience in a fast-paced lending sales environment
