What You'll Be Doing:

• Manage customer bookings, enquiries, and vehicle check-ins
• Liaise with workshop technicians and update customers throughout the day
• Provide clear service recommendations and repair quotes
• Ensure top-notch customer satisfaction and build lasting relationships
• Work to meet department KPIs and customer service standards

What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience as an Automotive Service Advisor (preferred but not essential)
• Strong customer service and sales skills
• Ability to multitask and thrive under pressure
• Excellent communication and organisation
• A friendly, professional manner with a team-first attitude
• Valid QLD driver's licence
