We're expanding our Financial Close Consulting team, working with large corporations to optimize their statutory and related reporting processes. With the rise of Pillar 2 and Country by Country Reporting (CbCR) requirements, the landscape is shifting—and we're helping clients stay ahead with smart, scalable solutions.


About the Role

As a Consultant – Financial Close (Tax Technology), you'll:

  • Collaborate with clients to design and implement tax reporting solutions using platforms like Oracle Cloud EPM, OneStream, and other leading tools.
  • Translate complex tax requirements into efficient system configurations and automated workflows.
  • Support clients through statutory reporting cycles, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and timeliness.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams including finance, IT, and external advisors.
  • Contribute to the development of best practices and thought leadership in the tax technology space.

Location & Flexibility

This role is based in Melbourne or Sydney, with flexible working arrangements available. Whether you prefer working from home, a hybrid setup, or being office-based, we'll support what works best for you and the team.

What We're Looking For
  • Solid experience in corporate tax, ideally with exposure to statutory reporting and tax provisioning (3-5 years)
  • Strong interest or background in systems and automation—you enjoy solving problems with technology.
  • Familiarity with tax technology platforms (e.g., Oracle Cloud EPM, OneStream, Longview, etc.).
  • Understanding of Pillar 2, CbCr, and other global tax compliance frameworks.
  • Excellent communication skills and a collaborative mindset.
