Our Café 24/7's are at the heart of what we do, and we're looking for a hands-on Food Service Trainer to help us deliver consistent, high-quality food service across our network.


About the Role

Based out of our Geelong head office, this full-time position is perfect for someone with a background in hospitality, café, or quick service who's ready to step into a new career path. You'll be training and supporting our store teams in all things food – from making great coffee and meals to following food safety standards – ensuring our customers enjoy the same great experience no matter which APCO they visit.

This role will see you:

  • Deliver hands-on training at our Geelong corporate café and onsite at stores across VIC, NSW and SA
  • Support new team members to learn food service basics and build confidence in their roles
  • Coach store teams on food preparation, presentation, and customer service standards
  • Ensure food safety, hygiene, and operational procedures are being followed consistently
  • Assist with introducing new menu items, equipment, and processes

What We're Looking For
  • Experience working in a fast-paced hospitality, café, or quick service environment
  • A strong understanding of food safety and working in commercial kitchens
  • Great communication skills and the ability to teach and support others
  • Willingness to travel regularly to stores across Victoria, SA and NSW
  • A genuine passion for food, people, and teamwork
