We're on the hunt for enthusiastic, friendly, and reliable full-time Team Members to join our incredible team at Zambrero Mentone.

About the Role

As a full-time team member, you'll be a vital part of our restaurant operations. You'll work closely with your teammates and managers to deliver fast, fresh, and flavourful meals, all while creating a great experience for our customers. This is a hands-on role suited to someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment and enjoys being part of a supportive and energetic team.


Key Responsibilities

Food Prep & Service

  • Prepare and serve high-quality menu items with speed, accuracy, and attention to detail
  • Follow food safety and hygiene standards at all times
  • Keep food areas clean, organized, and well-stocked

Customer Experience

  • Greet customers with a friendly attitude and a smile
  • Take customer orders and payments accurately using our POS system
  • Ensure every guest leaves happy and satisfied with their experience

Cleanliness & Store Standards

  • Maintain a clean and presentable store environment, including dining areas, kitchen, and restrooms
  • Help with end-of-day cleaning and pack down procedures.

Stock & Inventory Support

  • Assist with receiving deliveries and rotating stock
  • Restock ingredients and packaging as needed throughout your shift

Teamwork & Culture

  • Collaborate with your team to keep operations running smoothly
  • Support new team members with training and encouragement
  • Live and breathe our brand values: fresh food, positive vibes, and making a global impact

What We're Looking For

Experience (preferred but not essential):

  • Previous experience in quick service restaurants, hospitality, or retail is a plus
  • On-the-job training will be provided for the right attitude

Skills & Attributes:

  • Energetic, reliable, and a strong team player
  • Passionate about food and delivering great customer service
  • Quick on your feet and able to stay cool under pressure
  • Excellent communication and time management skills
  • Willingness to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends

Qualifications:

  • Valid Food Safety Certificate (or willingness to obtain)
  • First Aid Certificate (desirable but not essential)
