Our client has two (2) fulltime roles in their Customer Service Team. They're looking for experienced people with IT skills who can solve software issues for customers using their systems.

The business is a software provider to the motor vehicle industry, and this is the perfect role for someone who loves solving IT issues.

Your day will involve dealing with level 2 support issues. You'll deal with breaks, fixes, configuration issues, troubleshooting, and software installations. You'll also handle matters escalated from level 1 support. You'll be managing customer issues on the phone, logging the completion of jobs and talking to customers as you resolve their problems.

You'll be:

- Troubleshooting and identifying solutions to issues;
- Managing an incident queue within expected timeframes;
- Providing diagnosis and resolving incidents &
- Communicating directly with customers and updating systems.

You must have:

- Experience in a similar role _(not just an internal help-desk position)_;
- Good communication skills, both written and verbal;
- Tertiary qualifications in IT;
- Experience with Windows (7 to 11), MacOS and GSuite;
- Experience in Windows Server (Active Directory, DHCP, DNS, Group Policy) and Linux, ideally with practical experience;
- Using medium/advanced SQL;
- Experience with support ticketing systems; &
- An understanding of ITIL processes.

These roles are based in Mount Waverley, Melbourne. There will be weekend and evening work on a rostered basis.
