Rehabilitation Assistant Needed

The Role

We are seeking an Administration/Reception professional who is interested in working in the Occupational Rehabilitation sector in Melbourne CBD. Key responsibilities include:

  • Welcome and assist clients and visitors at the reception desk
  • Assist with mailing and accepting deliveries
  • Facilitate online orders for office supplies and services
  • Provide excellent customer service
  • Keep the reception areas clean and tidy
  • Accurate data entry into IPAR's client database system

Requirements

  • Intermediate proficiency in MS Office suite, including Microsoft Outlook, Word, and Excel
  • High level of attention to detail
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Initiative and resourcefulness when problem-solving
  • Ability to self-motivate and follow processes and procedures
  • Professional written and verbal communication skills
  • Confidentiality and adaptability
