Tender Loving Care Disability Services is a registered NDIS provider dedicated to delivering high-quality person-centred support to individuals and families across Adelaide and surrounding areas.

We are seeking a passionate and experienced Operations Manager to join our growing team and help us continue providing exceptional services to our participants and their families.

About the Role:

As our Operations Manager, you will play a key role in overseeing day-to-day operations, leading a dynamic team, and driving service excellence. You will ensure compliance with the NDIS Quality and Safeguards Commission requirements while fostering a supportive, collaborative, and high-performing workplace culture.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and manage a team to deliver high-quality, person-centred services.
• Oversee daily operations to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.
• Ensure compliance with NDIS standards, policies, and procedures.
• Monitor performance metrics and drive continuous improvement initiatives.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to develop and implement strategic goals.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with participants, families, and stakeholders.
• Manage budgets and resources effectively to achieve operational objectives.

About You:

• An experienced leader with NDIS knowledge and a strong understanding of compliance requirements.
• Passionate about delivering exceptional support services and creating positive outcomes.
• A problem solver with excellent organisational and decision-making skills.
• Skilled in building and maintaining positive relationships with teams and stakeholders.
• Confident in managing budgets, reporting, and operational planning.

Essential Requirements:

• Demonstrated career progression in the disability or community services sector, including management roles.
• Strong understanding of NDIS legislation, practice standards, and code of conduct.
• Experience working with support networks, guardians, and nominees to create holistic, person-centred services.
• Experience implementing Positive Behaviour Support (PBS) strategies and plans.
• Strong administrative and digital literacy skills
• Current NDIS Worker Screening Check or ability to obtain one.
• Current Blue Card.
• Open Driver's Licence with comprehensive vehicle insurance.
• Current First Aid and CPR certification.

Desirable

• Tertiary qualifications on Disability, Community Services, or related fields
• Certificate IV or Diploma in Community Services Management
• Training in Positive Behaviour Support, trauma-informed practice
