What you'll be doing

As a Senior Full-Stack Software Engineer, you will be at the forefront of developing innovative solutions that enhance the accessibility and efficiency of legal services. Based in Burleigh Heads QLD, Australia, and working on-site, you will join a dynamic team dedicated to transforming the legal industry through cutting-edge technology.

Your role will be pivotal in ensuring that our clients have seamless access to legal advice, document preparation, and consultation services through robust and user-friendly platforms. This position offers an exciting opportunity to work on impactful projects that align with the mission to provide accessible and affordable legal solutions.

  • Design, develop, and maintain scalable web applications
  • You will need to be adding value to our AI workflows and feel comfortable using OpenAI/Gemini API's
  • Building Agents, Tools, and MCP's to support our workflows
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.
  • Ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications.
  • Identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.
  • Maintain code quality, organisation, and automation.
  • Work closely with UX/UI designers to implement engaging user interfaces.
  • Participate in code reviews and provide constructive feedback.
  • Stay updated with the latest industry trends and technologies.
What we're looking for
  • Proven experience in full-stack development.
  • Strong knowledge of modern web technologies and frameworks.
  • Experience with third-party libraries and APIs.
  • Familiarity with RESTful APIs to connect applications to back-end services.
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
