The Role

As a part-time (35 hours) Assistant Store Manager at Williams Coffs Plaza, you'll support the Store Manager to take the store to the next level by driving sales, coaching your team and creating a standout store experience. You'll be hands-on, people-focused, and commercially sharp.

What you'll do:

  • Create memorable customer moments every day
  • Lead, develop, and inspire your team to hit sales and service targets
  • Maintain high standards across store presentation, VM, and stock flow
  • Build a team culture grounded in trust, energy, and retail pride

What you'll bring:

  • Previous retail or customer service experience

  • Strong operational skills and attention to detail
