The Opportunity
As our founding CEO, you'll have the unique opportunity to:
- Lead from inception - Shape our culture, values, and strategic direction during our critical startup phase
- Drive innovation - Develop groundbreaking educational programs that meet real industry needs
- Build partnerships - Establish relationships with leading human and community service organisations and academic institutions globally
- Create impact - Transform how our human and community services and health services management professionals are educated and prepared for their careers
What You'll Do
Strategic Leadership
- Develop and execute strategic plans in partnership with our Board of Directors
- Ensure full compliance with TEQSA requirements and international education regulations
- Represent IBC Education to government, industry partners, and academic communities
Academic Excellence
- Oversee development of innovative, industry-aligned curriculum meeting Australian Qualifications Framework standards
- Foster a culture of continuous improvement and academic excellence
- Oversee academic governance and quality assurance processes
Operational Excellence
- Build and lead a high-performing senior leadership team
- Manage financial oversight, budgeting, and sustainable growth initiatives
- Implement cutting-edge educational technology and learning management systems
International Focus
- Develop support services for international students
- Drive international student recruitment and retention strategies
What We're Looking For
Essential Qualifications
- Postgraduate qualification(s) in Business, Management, Education, Health and Social Services Management or related fields
- Minimum 10 years in higher education leadership with proven success
- Comprehensive knowledge of TEQSA and CRICOS compliance requirements
Leadership Experience
- Strategic planning and implementation in higher education
- Financial oversight and budget management
- Change management and organizational development
- International student services and recruitment
- Technology-enabled learning and digital innovation
Key Capabilities

- Outstanding stakeholder engagement and communication abilities
