Reporting to the Merchandise Financial Planning Manager, you'll play a key role in our Product and Planning team, supporting both our franchise network and omni-channel operations with accurate, timely data.

Your attention to detail will help maintain product integrity and ensure a seamless experience for our franchisees and customers—keeping us one step ahead each season

What you'll be doing

  • Responsible for the coordination and maintenance of product data, including item setup, updates, and management of the product lifecycle

  • Work closely with merchandising, buying, and other teams to ensure product data is accurate, complete, and aligned with business requirements

  • Assist with the creation and distribution of product information to support selling, marketing, and operational activities

  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to resolve data-related issues and improve processes

  • Participate in special projects and initiatives to enhance product data management and drive operational efficiency

What we're looking for

  • Strong administrative and data management skills, with experience in a similar product data or retail operations role

  • Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving abilities, with the capacity to work accurately and efficiently

  • Solid understanding of retail product data management, including item setup, maintenance, and data governance

  • Proficiency in using relevant software and databases, with the ability to learn new systems quickly

  • Effective communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work cross-functionally

  • A proactive and adaptable approach, with a commitment to continuous improvement
