The Opportunity
Join our small, dynamic team as a
GTM Engineer
. You will design, build, and scale the systems that drive revenue for our clients: connecting CRM and marketing automation tools, implementing AI-enabled processes, ensuring compliant outreach, defining market requirements, crafting go-to-market strategies, identifying buying signals, building lead lists, implementing marketing plans, and writing high-converting copy across multiple channels.
You'll work closely with our Business Development Managers (BDMs) and a client portfolio to continually improve campaign performance.
What You Will Do
- Build automated workflows:
Configure and maintain end-to-end workflows across CRM and marketing tools to support lead capture, routing, follow-up, and reporting (e.g., HubSpot and GoHighLevel). - Operationalise buying signals:
Use data sources and platform insights to identify triggers and prioritise accounts for outreach. - Data quality and segmentation:
Source, enrich, and structure contact and account data so campaigns reach the right audience with the right message. - Write professional sequences:
Draft clear, branded copy for email, SMS, phone scripts, and LinkedIn. Test and refine based on results. - Apply AI responsibly:
Evaluate new AI features and tools, then embed what is useful into day-to-day processes to improve accuracy and speed. - Partner with BDMs and clients:
Join planning sessions, present findings, and align system changes to each client's goals and constraints.
What You'll Bring
- Experience:
1–4 years in SDR/BDR/AE, growth, marketing operations, or revenue operations, with hands-on responsibility for campaigns or systems. - Systems mindset:
Ability to translate commercial objectives into structured workflows, rules, and actionable plans. - Clear written communication:
Concise, professional copy for different channels and audiences. - Data care:
Practical understanding of list building, enrichment, and segmentation. - Collaboration:
Work closely with BDMs and client stakeholders, share results, and adopt feedback. - Curiosity for AI:
Interest in testing new features and responsibly incorporating them into production processes.
