Go-To-Market Recruiter (Fixed Term Contract)

Go-To-Market Recruiter (Fixed Term Contract) role at Stripe. The GTM recruiting team focuses on building the culture of Stripe by aligning global talent to high-impact business needs and delivering a high-quality candidate experience.

What you'll do
  • Partner with senior leaders across the organization to understand hiring objectives and develop recruiting strategies to achieve headcount goals, with emphasis on expanding GTM teams in APAC
  • Propose and implement creative and scalable changes to recruiting strategy to enhance efficacy and reach
  • Track and analyze recruiting metrics, providing regular reports on hiring progress to leadership to ensure transparency and alignment with goals
  • Develop and execute strategic sourcing plans to identify and engage top talent, ensuring a robust and inclusive candidate pool for current and future hiring needs
  • Conduct regular market research and analysis to stay informed about talent trends in APAC, using insights to inform recruiting strategies and address challenges
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams—including Finance, People Ops, Benefits, Onboarding, and Legal—to deliver a seamless, high-quality candidate experience
Who you are

Minimum Requirements (required):

  • 4+ years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a fast-paced, high-growth environment including in-house experience
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with business proficiency in English
  • Strong ability to build relationships with senior leaders and influence decision-making
  • Strong drive to identify and engage top talent, fostering relationships with candidates
  • Proven ability to utilize data insights to identify trends and refine recruiting processes
  • Flexibility to shift tasks and priorities as circumstances change
In-office expectations

Office attendance varies by location and role. For example, some sites require in-office presence between 50% and 100% of the time. The hiring manager will discuss specific expectations for the role and location.

Pay and benefits

The annual salary range for this role in the primary location is A$115,200 - A$172,800. Salary ranges may differ by location and are discussed during the interview process. Benefits may include equity, bonuses or commissions, retirement plans, health benefits, and wellness stipends.
