Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Night Manager located in Sydney, NSW. The Assistant Night Manager will be responsible for overseeing the hotel's nightly operations, ensuring guest satisfaction, and coordinating with various departments to maintain service standards. The role entails supervising night staff, handling guest inquiries and complaints, managing check-ins and check-outs, and ensuring security protocols are followed. The Assistant Night Manager will also be responsible for preparing nightly reports and assisting the Night Manager in additional tasks as needed.

Qualifications

  • Guest service experience and strong interpersonal skills
  • Management and supervisory experience in a hospitality setting
  • Proficiency in using hotel management software and computer skills
  • Ability to handle stressful situations and resolve issues effectively
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Experience in night audit processes and report generation is a plus
  • Flexibility to work night shifts, weekends, and public holidays
  • Relevant qualification in Hospitality Management or related field is desirable
