The hotel is near completion of all 252 rooms renovation, the modern rooms are designed to make our guests smile. From the comfortable beds, 55 inch TVs, Nespresso Pod machines, free Wi-Fi and soundproof windows with black out blinds, our rooms are designed to make our guests forget the outside world, and enjoy their time with us.

We're currently looking for an Assistant Night Manager to join our dynamic Front Office Team.

**Your day to day**
As the Assistant Night Manager, you will be responsible for the overall running of the Hotel in the absence of the Night Manager. You will oversee all overnight operations & Night Audit Procedures, including verifying the accuracy of guest accounts, balancing charges/revenues, as well as assisting with all aspects of Guest Services. You will also ensure the safety, security and smooth running of all other hotel operations in the absence of Senior Management.

This role is ideal for someone whose lifestyle fits the working night schedule, enjoys working with numbers, and who wants to continue to consolidate their leadership and technical capability within a supportive environment.

**What we need from you**
- 1 -2 years' experience in a similar role or strong Night Audit/Hotel Operations experience & ready to take the next step
- Strong experience with Opera PMS
- Responsible Service of Alcohol Competency Card
- First Aid certificate
- Valid Australian Driver's license
- Strong communications and relationship building skills
- Passionate about delivering exceptional Customer service
- Positive and flexible attitude
- Right to Legally work in Australia
