Job Description: We are seeking a highly organized and proactive Office Manager to oversee the smooth running of our office operations and support the management team. This role is ideal for someone with strong administrative, organizational, and leadership skills who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee day-to-day office operations, ensuring smooth workflow across multiple hospitality venues.
 - Maintain office systems, records, and databases, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
 - Supervise and support administrative staff, receptionists, or clerical personnel.
 - Coordinate onboarding processes, including induction materials and office orientation for new hires.
 - Assist with budget preparation, expense tracking, and invoice processing.
 - Liaise with suppliers to order office supplies and maintain stock levels.
 - Ensure adherence to workplace health and safety regulations.
 - Assist management in implementing company policies and maintaining compliance with hospitality industry standards.
 - Act as the primary contact point for internal departments, venue managers, and external stakeholders.
 - Prepare reports, presentations, and updates for senior management.
 - Coordinate maintenance and repairs for office facilities and equipment.
 - Ensure IT systems, telecommunication lines, and other infrastructure run efficiently.
 - Support senior executives with scheduling, planning, and administrative tasks.
 - Identify opportunities to improve office efficiency and implement process improvements.

Qualifications:
- Bachelor's degree in Office Management, Hospitality, Marketing, or a related field.
 
· Previous experience in office management or senior administration
· Strong organizational and multitasking skills
· Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
· Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook, PowerPoint)
· Ability to work independently and as part of a team
· High attention to detail and problem-solving skills
