The opportunity

As a
Bid Coordinato
r at Hindmarsh, you will be responsible for coordinating the preparation of winning proposals and tenders for new construction projects across Australia. Reporting to the Bid Manager, you will:

  • Coordinate tender responses
  • Research, write, compile and edit tender content
  • Develop bid and tender processes, templates and other resources
  • Maintain the bids and opportunities database

To be considered, you will possess the following skills and experience:

  • Tertiary Qualifications in a relevant field eg Business, Communications, Marketing
  • Experience preparing bids & tenders (preferably in the Construction industry)
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Word, InDesign, Adobe Creative
