What your work will involve

The Digital Solutions and Resources (DSR) Officer support all Big Fat Smile team members across 37+ locations in the use of ICT hardware, peripherals and software. The role also work closely with the Digital Solutions and Resources team in the adminstration, monitoring and maintenance of Big Fat Smile's infrastructure and key systems.

This is a permanent, full-time role based at our Wollongong Head Office, with hybrid working arrangements available in line with our Working From Home Policy.

What you need tosucceed

  • Cleared Valid for paid work, working with Children's Check (WWCC)
  • Current Driver's Licence
  • Experience delivering Level 1 & 2 Help Desk Support
  • 3 years of IT experience and a tertiary qualification in IT (desirable).
