Are you passionate about sexual health and wellness? Do you have a good sense of humour and want to work in a youthful and funny environment?

We are seeking an enthusiastic and polished Sales Associate to join our boutique team. This role begins as casual employment with the opportunity to transition into a permanent part-time or full-time position for the right candidate.

About Us

Hall of Harper is a unique luxury sexual wellness boutique situated in the middle of surfers paradise. We are the first of its kind in Australia and have paved the way in creating a unique shopping experience. Our boutique has been open only 3 years and has been featured in Marie Claire Magazine, Vice, Fashion Journal, Body + Soul, Style Magazine, The Weekend Edition, Sticks & Stones Magazine & more.

At Hall of Harper, we pride ourselves on offering a curated selection of premium brands and an elevated shopping experience. Our team is dedicated, service-driven, and committed to maintaining a welcoming and refined environment.

What You'll Do

  • Deliver an exceptional, customer experience
  • Build meaningful client relationships and maintain clienteling practices
  • Achieve sales targets and contribute to overall store performance
  • Assist with visual merchandising and maintaining store presentation
  • Process sales, handle stock, and support day-to-day boutique operations
  • Represent our brand with warmth, professionalism, and impeccable presentation

What We're Looking For

  • Previous retail or sales experience preferred
  • Strong communication skills and a genuine passion for customer service
  • A proactive, positive attitude with the ability to work both independently and as part of a small team
  • Reliability, flexibility, and availability for weekends or peak trading periods
  • Keen interest in speaking and learning about sexual wellness and educating customers.
