About the role

As a Sales Assistant at Phases Mens Fashion, you will be a key member of our talented retail team, providing exceptional customer service and driving sales in our Surfers Paradise store. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for assisting customers, maintaining store presentations, and contributing to the overall success of our vibrant menswear brand.

What you'll be doing

  1. Deliver exceptional customer service and build strong relationships with our clients
  2. Assist customers with product selection, share your expertise, and drive sales
  3. Maintain store presentation and visual merchandising standards
  4. Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently
  5. Restock and organise merchandise to ensure the store is always well-presented
  6. Support the store owner with daily operational tasks as required

What we're looking for

  1. Previous experience in a customer-facing retail role, preferably in the fashion industry
  2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with a genuine passion for providing excellent customer service
  3. Attention to detail and the ability to work efficiently and effectively in a fast-paced environment
  4. Flexible and adaptable, with a willingness to learn and contribute to a collaborative team
  5. Excellent time management and organisational skills
  6. A keen eye for visual merchandising and store presentation
