Retail Assistant – Just In Paradise (Surfers Paradise)

Join the fun team at Just In Paradise, a vibrant shop on Cavill Avenue offering beach gear, souvenirs, fashion accessories, and in-store services like hair braiding, face painting, and fairy floss. We're looking for part-time, full-time, or casual team members to help create a memorable experience for our customers.

What you'll do:

  • Deliver friendly, welcoming customer service

  • Assist customers with products and in-store services

  • Operate the cash register and handle sales

  • Maintain clean, organised, and attractive displays

What we're looking for:

  • Positive, outgoing personality with strong communication skills

  • Retail, hospitality, or customer service experience (preferred but not essential)

  • Flexible availability including weekends and public holidays

  • Team player with a "can-do" attitude

  • Willingness to learn new skills
