Incident Manager
Daily Rate: $ inclusive of superannuation
Contract Duration- 6 months
Location Sydney
Responsibilities include:
Stakeholder Management
• Developing strong, positive relationships with key stakeholders
ITSM
• Facilitating and directing Major Incident Resolution sessions with multiple service partners, ensuring MIM communication and escalation occurs.
• Liaising with Customers and Resolver Teams to determine priorities, resourcing and timeframes.
• Ensuring Business Level updates are issued on schedule
• Perform/drive structured Root Cause Analysis
• Proactive analysis of events/incidents and identify underlying Problem statements.
• Drive Problem resolution.
Personal Development
• Keep abreast of implemented technologies, and customer profiles.
Proven experience in
Major Incident & Problem Management
in an enterprise IT environment.
Strong understanding of
ITIL processes
(ITIL certification preferred).
Excellent
communication, leadership, and stakeholder management
skills.
Ability to manage high-pressure situations with a structured and analytical approach.
Experience working with
ITSM tools
(e.g., ServiceNow, BMC Remedy, or similar).
