Company Description
Healthcare Australia (HCA) is a major provider of healthcare services across Australia, including allied health, primary care, recruitment, NDIS, care services, and training.
In December 2024, we began providing health, mental health, and wellbeing services across the onshore Immigration Detention network. Our team of nurses, general practitioners, and allied health professionals offer a range of healthcare services, including health assessments, chronic disease management, health promotion, wound management, immunizations, and other primary health interventions. HCA also launched a 24/7 Virtual Care Centre (VCC), offering remote healthcare through telehealth and video consultations to enhance onsite care for detainees.

What You'll Bring
- Minimum 2 years' experience in incident, complaint, or performance management
- Proven background in clinical settings such as emergency, ICU, medical/surgical, or aged care
- Strong skills in incident investigation, compliance, or clinical risk management

- Clear and confident communication skills, both written and verbal
- High levels of professionalism, integrity, and discretion
- AHPRA Registered Health Practitioner (recent clinical practice highly desirable)
- Qualifications in Incident Investigation Management (desirable)
