We're on the lookout for a Strata Manager to join our team in Charlestown, working 30–38 hours per week on a hybrid basis.

You'll be responsible for managing a portfolio of residential strata properties, helping owners navigate their responsibilities and achieve their goals. This is a great opportunity for someone who values positive client relationships and wants to be part of a supportive, forward-thinking team.

What You'll Need:

A current Certificate of Registration

Actively working towards a Strata Licence (as per legislative requirements)

A solid understanding of strata legislation and the ability to communicate it clearly
