Key Responsibilities:

  • Project/Retainer Coordination:

  • Develop detailed project plans, milestones, and deadlines using project management software.

  • Coordinate effectively with creative, development, and marketing teams to ensure project goals are met.
  • Monitor project progress through regular internal meetings and adjust plans as necessary.
  • Manage project scope and promptly communicate changes to stakeholders.
  • Schedule and plan agency resources based on project and client requirements.
  • Collaborate with the wider Account Management team to ensure Zimple and our clients are winning.
  • Financial Management:

  • Track project milestones to ensure accurate invoicing aligned with completed deliverables.

  • Communicate invoicing cadence, ensuring invoices reflect project scope and timelines.
  • Monitor project budgets and proactively address any concerns or adjustments with clients and internal teams.
  • Client Relationship Management:

  • Proactive approach to achieving client outcomes.

  • Drive high client satisfaction by consistently exceeding expectations and integrating client feedback.
  • Identify opportunities for account growth and propose new services.
  • Develop and present proposals for new projects and initiatives.
  • Maintain strong relationships through regular communication and check-in meetings to update clients on project progress and digital marketing reporting.
  • Ability to individually attend and facilitate client meetings.

Requirements:

Proven experience in account management or a related role, with a minimum of 2 years of experience.

Strong project management skills, capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment and consistently meet deadlines.

Knowledge of digital marketing strategies and technologies is advantageous.
