Lead Air Conditioning & Refrigeration Technician

$50/hour + Company Vehicle | Premium Clients | Projects You'll Be Proud Of

MRRAC is on the lookout for an exceptional technician to lead the charge on high-end residential and commercial air conditioning & refrigeration installs across South West WA. We're not looking for just another tradie—we're after a leader with pride in their work, who thrives on quality, and wants to build something bigger than a 9-5 job.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Leading new project installs in residential and commercial air conditioning
  • Commercial refrigeration installs (predominantly cold rooms & freezer systems)
  • Occasional service and maintenance work across our existing client base
  • Liaising with builders, project managers, and clients to deliver work that impresses
  • Mentoring apprentices and junior techs to uphold our high standards

You'll Succeed Here If You:

  • Are a fully qualified HVAC-R technician with residential & commercial experience
  • Take real pride in neat installs and attention to detail
  • Know how to manage jobs without being micro-managed
  • Have solid communication skills—both with the team and clients
  • Want to grow into a long-term leadership or project management role
