Duties include:
* General office administration (answering phones, booking jobs, managing invoices & customer records).
* Greeting customers & assisting with enquires.
* Filing, data entry & maintaining workshop documentation.
* General housekeeping - keeping the office, bathroom & meal room tidy & presentable.
* Assisting management with day to day tasks as required.
We're looking for someone who:
* Has strong communication & organisational skills.
* Is friendly, professional & works well in a small team.
* Can manage time efficiently & multitask.
* Has basic computer knowledge (Workshop software experience will give you bonus points).
