The Role

You will provide direct support to our advisers, ensuring smooth daily operations. Duties include:

  • Answering and making phone calls
  • Mail and banking
  • Paperwork and accurate record-keeping
  • File notes during meetings and client interactions
  • Scheduling and managing appointments
  • General office administration
  • Completing work as directed by advisers

What We're Looking For

  • Strong organisational and communication skills
  • Professional phone manner and attention to detail
  • Ability to prioritise tasks and work independently
  • Confidence with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
  • Previous office administration or financial services industry experience preferred, but not essential
