Your new role

As Security Compliance Analyst, you will support the development and maintenance of Uniting's security standards and ensure ongoing compliance with key frameworks.

Working closely with the Security Manager, you will be responsible for maintaining risk registers and compliance documentation, coordinating internal and external audits, monitoring regulatory changes, and supporting security awareness and training initiatives. You will work in collaboration with internal IT teams to ensure effective implementation of security controls and will play a critical role in protecting Uniting from compliance breaches and cyber risks.

In addition to a base salary ($89,900 - $96,300 depending on experience) + super, you can access the following.

Your skills and experience

You will bring with you:

  • Qualifications in Cyber Security, ideally at a graduate or postgraduate level
  • Previous experience in IT security, risk management or compliance roles
  • Strong understanding of the ISO27001 framework with experience in leading and maintaining this certification
  • Technical knowledge of cloud security controls, including IaaS, PaaS and SaaS, particularly in Microsoft Azure environments
  • Sound analytical and risk management skills
