Senior Ecommerce and Digital Marketing Executive for Havaianas Australia (Aqueo), reporting to the Head of Ecommerce & Marketing.
This role will assist in the management and execution of all ecommerce and digital marketing activity.
Core Objectives
1. Manage the planning, execution and optimising of digital marketing activity (EDM's, paid media & organic social) focusing on business KPI's.
2. Lead the development and execution of the organic social media plan & strategy, including influencer marketing, with support from the Head of Creative and the Head of Ecommerce & Marketing.
3. Manage the day-to-day operations of to ensure a best-in-class customer experience.
4. Support brand marketing and PR, including agency management and assistance at activations/events.
Scope of Responsibilities
Ecommerce & Digital Marketing Strategy
• Assist the Head of Ecommerce & Marketing to develop the annual Ecommerce & Digital
Marketing Strategy.
• Develop and manage the Digital Marketing Calendar, sharing key events with the relevant
stakeholders.
Ecommerce Management
• Support the Head of Ecommerce & Marketing to develop and implement the Ecommerce
roadmap in alignment with the local and Global business objectives.
• Manage the day-to-day operations of the website including writing product
descriptions, product uploads, stock checking, and product merchandising.
• Brief and update the homepage in line with the Digital Marketing Calendar, ensuring brand
consistency across all digital channels.
• Manage the set-up and roll-out of promotions and sales.
Email Campaigns
• Prepare and manage email briefng to in-house studio, managing timelines for internal review and
Global approval process.
• Oversee testing, build and deployment of emails and SMS campaigns ensuring all
communications are accurate and on time.
• Support the Head of Ecommerce & Marketing to develop and optimise customer lifecycle fows.
• Continuously research CRM marketing best practice to drive acquisition, engagement, retention
and revenue.
Paid Media Campaigns
• Prepare and manage paid social briefing to in-house studio, managing timelines for review.
• Develop and set up paid media marketing campaigns (SEM, Meta & TikTok) to brief and on time.
• Optimise and adjust creative, budget pacing and copy to ensure campaigns are as eficient as
possible, ensuring Reach, ROAS and Traffic targets are achieved.
• Closely manage the budget.
• Continuously research and remain up to date with new technology and tactics.
Social Media
• Lead the development of the organic social media plan & strategy, with support from the Head of
Creative and the Head of Ecommerce & Marketing.
• Assist the Head of Creative to source collateral and imagery for posts and stories.
• Execute all social media posting, maintaining Havaianas' fun, consistent brand voice across all
platforms.
• Drive engagement and interactivity with our audience, moderating UGC, responding to all
commentary and enquiries.
• Continuously research and remain up to date with social media trends, identifying appropriate
opportunities.
Seeding & Influencer Marketing
• Lead the development of the influencer marketing plan & strategy, with support from the PR
agency and the Head of Ecommerce & Marketing.
• Execute all gifting and seeding activity, creating seeding box collateral and arranging send-outs.
Develop relationships with key KOL's for ongoing partnership opportunities.
• Closely manage the budget.
Brand Campaign & PR Support
• Support the seasonal PR plan in alignment with the overarching brand objectives in collaboration
with the Head of Ecommerce & Marketing and the PR agency
• Support the day-to-day relationship with the PR agency to make sure opportunities are
maximised
• Support with copywriting, including press releases and briefs
• Deliver monthly reporting, including press coverage and campaign performance
• Develop ideas to market the brand and increase press coverage and brand awareness
Digital Analytics & Reporting
• Report on key digital metrics and website performance on a weekly, monthly and yearly basis.
• Manage social media analytics, reporting and monitoring competitive activity to identify
opportunities to drive brand awareness, engagement and consideration to purchase.
