Your Impact

As a Solution Architect, you'll lead the design and implementation of automation solutions across various industries. You'll collaborate with engineers, project managers, and customers to deliver projects that align with Schneider Electric's innovation and sustainability goals.

Key responsibilities:

  • Lead solution design and architecture for industrial automation projects.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define technical requirements.
  • Develop and present technical proposals to clients and stakeholders.
  • Ensure solutions align with industry standards and customer expectations.
  • Support project delivery through technical oversight and guidance.
  • Contribute to innovation initiatives and continuous improvement efforts.

About You

You're an experienced professional with a passion for industrial automation and digital transformation. You enjoy solving complex technical challenges and leading collaborative teams.

Key skills and experience:

  • A tertiary qualification in Electrical Engineering, Mechatronics, Computer Science, or a related field
  • 5+ years of experience in automation, control systems, or solution architecture
  • Expertise in PLC, SCADA, DCS, and industrial communication protocols
  • Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders effectively
