We partner with leaders in Medical Devices, Technology, Materials Handling, and other industries to transform how they orchestrate materials in the field. At Droppoint, we pride ourselves on innovation, honest hard work, supporting our people, and delivering unique value for our customers.

The Opportunity

You'll be responsible for executing and managing bespoke warehousing, inventory, and logistics solutions, from fixed-term setups to ongoing specialist services, ensuring they're cost-effective, SLA compliant, and continuously optimised.

What You'll Do

  • Lead the deployment and management of specialised warehousing, inventory, and logistics solutions
  • Own end-to-end execution for bespoke or fixed-term customer requirements
  • Act as a subject matter expert for complex accounts, ensuring service quality and compliance
  • Optimise solutions as customer needs evolve, improving efficiency and profitability
  • Work closely with internal teams across warehousing, service delivery, customer onboarding, and finance
  • Drive process improvements, documentation, and reporting to ensure scalability and visibility

What You'll Bring

  • 10+ years' experience in operations, warehousing, inventory management, or project logistics
  • Strong hands-on operational expertise and the ability to manage complexity with precision
  • A detail-oriented, solutions-focused mindset with proven commercial acumen
  • Strong collaboration skills, able to coordinate across multiple teams and stakeholders
  • Confidence working with operational systems (ERP/WMS) and strong Excel/Sheets capability
  • Tertiary qualifications in Operations, Supply Chain, or Logistics (Certificate/Diploma essential, Bachelor's desirable)

Why Join Us?

This role offers the opportunity to make a real impact in a growing business. You'll have the chance to:

  • Work on complex and varied solutions that keep every day interesting
  • Play a hands-on role in shaping operations for major enterprise customers
  • Be part of a supportive, innovative, and high-growth environment
