Bakers Delight The Pines is on the lookout for a Bakers Assistant who's eager to grow, learn, and be part of a friendly team that cares deeply about quality, sustainability, and our local community.

As part of our passionate baking team, you'll:

  • Craft baked goods that meet our high-quality standards
  • Maintain spotless hygiene.
  • Follow health and safety guidelines.
  • Work efficiently to ensure all baking is completed on time.
  • Communicate clearly to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
  • Collaborate with teammates to achieve daily targets.
  • Assist in managing costs and contribute to the bakery's overall success.

To be considered for this role, you will need to be:

  • A reliable and punctual team player with a strong work ethic.
  • Passionate about baking and previous bakery experience is required.
  • A morning person - early starts
  • Able to work calmly and efficiently under pressure.
  • Committed to food safety and hygiene.
  • Positive, love working in a fun and respectful team environment.
  • Be available to work a 5-day rotating roster, two days off a week.
  • Have basic literacy and numeracy skills.
  • Friendly and easy going
