ADENCO is expanding its delivery of major civil and NPI works across Australia's resource sector. We're seeking a Civil Project Engineer with a background in both heavy civil construction and Non-Process Infrastructure (NPI) to join our high-performing team on a FIFO basis.

What You'll Be Doing:

  • Support the planning and execution of civil and NPI projects such as earthworks, roads, drainage, camp installations, communications, and utilities infrastructure.
  • Manage subcontractors, schedules, QA/QC, and HSE compliance across remote sites.
  • Provide technical input on site setup, foundations, concrete works, and services integration.
  • Prepare reports, manage scope changes, and assist in project forecasting and budgeting.
  • Coordinate closely with project managers, supervisors, and client stakeholders to meet key milestones.

What You Bring to the Team:

  • Degree in Civil Engineering or related field.
  • 3+ years of experience in civil works and NPI projects—preferably within mining or resources.
  • Previous FIFO experience and ability to adapt to remote site environments.
  • Proficiency in reading drawings, scheduling, and construction methodologies.
  • Commitment to safety and quality, with excellent communication and organisational skills.
