Due to ongoing growth, we are seeking expressions of interest from skilled and motivated individuals to join our dynamic team. We currently have an exciting opportunity for a Resource Scheduler to support our expanding operations in the Mechanical and Road Infrastructure industries.

Location: Perth-based with occasional site travel

Roster: Monday to Friday, with flexibility as required

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage project scheduling for local government, civil, and major infrastructure projects
  • Communicate effectively with customers to resolve issues and coordinate works
  • Liaise with workers to ensure expectations and timelines are met
  • Develop scopes of work in line with MRWA and client specifications
  • Oversee daily stock control, material ordering, and forecasting
  • Schedule site crews, sub-contractors, and daily logistics
  • Maintain quality control across all scheduled works
  • Review and reconcile client RFQs and RFTs
  • Delegate and manage project and departmental costs
  • Perform cost and revenue reconciliation and reporting
  • Support recruitment and process weekly wages
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with suppliers
  • Monitor and manage driver fatigue compliance
  • Ensure adherence to Main Roads WA Accreditation and Dangerous Goods licensing
  • Develop and maintain employee training matrices
  • Maintain vehicle registers and schedule vehicle maintenance
  • Prepare and manage site mobilisation paperwork for mine sites

The Ideal Candidate:

  • Minimum 3 years' experience in resource scheduling or project coordination
  • Strong understanding of MRWA standards and civil project requirements
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proven ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • High attention to detail and commitment to safety and compliance
  • Experience with scheduling software and project management tools
  • Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive mindset
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
