Key Responsibilities:

Create and manage rosters to ensure efficient use of resources.

Maintain accurate shift notes to track employee performance.

Oversee the rostering process by managing templates, rolling over employee rosters, and handling daily shifts.

Ensure timely fulfillment of shifts to meet business objectives.

Approve timesheets for payroll processing to maintain financial accuracy.

Provide guidance to senior leaders on industrial relations obligations to ensure compliance.

Recommend effective rostering models to optimize workforce utilization.

Maintain precise documentation to support audit trails and decision-making.

Communicate effectively with stakeholders to ensure seamless operations.

Respond to employee queries regarding their rosters in a timely and professional manner.

Fulfill additional duties assigned by supervisor as required.

Notify management of reportable incidents and take appropriate action to prevent reoccurrence.

Create calendars for clients and share them with support workers to enhance collaboration.

Receive calls from clients and support workers to provide exceptional customer service.

Be available after hours as required to address urgent matters.

Training and ongoing support are provided to ensure success in this role.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

- Strong prioritization skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.

- Ability to manage workloads to achieve business outcomes.

- Proficiency in problem-solving to address complex issues.

- Minimum 1 year experience in scheduling or rostering to demonstrate expertise.

- Understanding of disability framework to ensure compliance.

- National Police Clearance to verify credentials.

- NDIS Workers Screening Check to ensure suitability.

- NDIS Worker Orientation Module certificate to demonstrate knowledge.

- Proven incident reporting experience to maintain a safe work environment.

- Highly organized and able to multitask to meet demanding requirements.

- Ability to work autonomously and as part of a team to achieve shared goals.

- Thorough working knowledge of SCHADS Award to ensure compliance.

- Excellent written and verbal communication skills to interact with diverse stakeholders.

- Enthusiasm and positive engagement to drive success.

- Understanding of professional boundaries and confidentiality issues to maintain a secure work environment.

- Strong technical skills and proficiency with Microsoft Office products to streamline workflows.

- A proactive approach to safety and wellbeing to prioritize employee health.
