The Mulberry Group is a Melbourne-based hospitality group founded in 2011 by Nathan Toleman. Since then The Mulberry Group has opened venues including Hazel, Dessous, Liminal, Lilac Wine, Heide Kitchen, Square One Coffee Roasters, Molli, and our regenerative agricultural farm and charity, Common Ground Project. Across our venues we now have a team of over 190 amazing people, and counting. We're also opening several new and exciting venues before the year's end

About the role

As the Social and Digital Content Producer reporting to the Marketing Manager, you will be responsible for:

  • Developing, creating and publishing content across social and digital channels for our venues
  • Managing and monitoring social media accounts, identifying trends and presenting influencer growth strategies
  • Support year-round and seasonal marketing campaigns and CRM strategies
  • Working with internal stakeholders and external partners to tell stories and drive awareness and interest in our offerings
  • Assisting in professional photoshoots and managing the asset libraries

About you

We are looking for someone with:

  • Experience in social media content production, including photo and video capture and editing of reels, posts and stories
  • Experience in an in-house creative, advertising or freelance content and copywriting capacity with demonstrated delivery of successful, fully integrated digital and social campaigns
  • A natural storyteller with the ability to produce content according to varied tone of voice principles with unique brand positioning
  • Passion for the hospitality industry and/or adjacent food, beverage and lifestyle industries
