McLean Farms is a diversified family-owned agri-business based in Pittsworth, 30 minutes Southwest of Toowoomba. Specialising in livestock and food production, the business is involved with a broad range of agricultural enterprises such as grain, compost and feed mill operations.

We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Administration Clerk to support our Packing Floor on a part-time basis.  In this role, you'll work closely with production leaders, quality assurance, and warehouse staff to ensure smooth and efficient administrative processes within our fast-paced packing environment.

Daily duties include, but are not limited to:

• Conducting visitor, contractor, and new employee inductions with a focus on compliance.
• Managing egg grading data and ensuring adherence to biosecurity policies.
• Coordinating staff schedules, uniforms, and providing support during changeovers.
• Handling reception duties and providing general office support with professionalism.
• Assisting during emergencies and undertaking tasks within your skill set as directed.

What You'll Bring:

• Previous experience in administration, ideally in a manufacturing or production environment
• High attention to detail and accuracy under pressure
• Good working knowledge of Microsoft Excel, Word and Outlook
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Understanding of workplace safety and compliance requirements
• Experience with rostering or production reporting systems (advantageous but not essential)
