Your role as a Huston Motors Administration Clerk, will give you variety in your day, a positive environment within a team dedicated to quality service and excellence. This is a full-time position.

The successful applicant will possess the following attributes:

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Superior keyboard and computer skills including Microsoft Excel
  • High level attention to detail
  • Ability to work to a deadline with minimal supervision
  • Professional presentation

Duties Include:

  • Reception Duties
  • Deal Processing
  • Vehicle Registrations
  • Accounts Receivable / Accounts Payable
  • Banking
  • Reconciliations
  • Backup for Warranty Processing
  • General Clerical Duties
