Stock Control is a vital role within the business and is critical to the New & Used Vehicle Sales Departments. Situated in the Dealerships main showroom and working closely with the registrations clerk, managers and salespeople from the varied sales teams, the Stock Controller reports directly to the Dealer Principal. The continued growth in sales means this is both a busy and rewarding role.

**Key job functions and responsibilities**:

- Work with Toyota and Lexus in regard to ordering, dispatching and arrival of new stock
- Receiving salespersons vehicle orders, allocating stock available and sourcing vehicles from Toyota or other dealers
- Processing QFleet/Toyota Direct vehicle purchases, delivery and invoicing
- RDR and COSI vehicles in accordance with Toyota and Lexus guidelines
- Organising transport for vehicles
- Maintaining the stock board and sales log, as well as notifying the Pre-delivery controller of incoming vehicle stock
- Invoice dealers for the vehicle swaps and check incoming dealer swap invoices for accuracy
- Maintain a high level of knowledge in regards to Toyota and Lexus vehicles and products
- Assist in vehicle registrations if required
- Other administrative duties
- Keep work area clean and up to date

**Required skills/experience**:

- Excellent computer and clerical skills with attention to detail
- Excellent communication skills
- Previous experience in this role would be advantageous, but not essential
- Must have a current QLD drivers' licence
