Delaware North Australia is hiring a part-time Cook to join our team at Perth Airport. As a Cook, you will be responsible for preparing and presenting high-quality dishes, contributing to the overall success of our kitchen operations. What will you do?

  • Follow recipes for menu preparation, ensuring adherence to cooking guidelines and standards
  • Execute food preparation tasks, showcasing expertise in food presentation
  • Maintain consistent cleanliness and hygiene standards in the kitchen area
  • Ensure WHS compliance, displaying a strong commitment to meeting Food Safety standards
  • Conduct temperature and quality checks and effectively manage cross-contamination

More About You

  • Solid background in kitchen operations, previous experience as a Cook is required
  • Minimum Level 3 Commercial Cookery, or currently undertaking
  • Willingness to learn under guidance from our chefs
  • Demonstrated passion and enthusiasm for working in a fast-paced environment
  • Ability to work a rotating roster across early morning shifts
