The opportunity
Delaware North Australia is seeking a full-time Food and Beverage Attendant to join our team at the award-winning Alliance Lounge at Perth Airport.

In this role you'll play a key role in preparing and presenting a variety of fresh sandwiches with consistency and care. You'll also deliver outstanding service to our guests and assist with the opening and closing of the venue.

What will you do?

  • Welcome and assist travellers, ensuring a seamless and memorable lounge experience
  • Deliver exceptional food and beverage service and collaborate with the team to ensure a seamless dining experience
  • Assemble and serve sandwiches with attention to quality, presentation, and consistency
  • Assist in the set up and maintenance of our dining and service areas
  • Be well-versed in our daily menu offerings, offer recommendations and accommodate dietary needs
  • Adhere to compliance and hygiene requirements

More About You

  • Previous experience in food & beverage service within a fast-paced environment
  • Food preparation and presentation skills, preferably experienced in sandwich making
  • Responsible Service of Alcohol and Food Safety Certificates
  • Availabilty to work the early morning shifts from 3am, Monday to Friday
