What You'll Do:
- Prospect and Qualify:
Identify and engage potential customers through outbound calls, emails, and social media. - Build Relationships:
Develop meaningful connections with key decision-makers to understand their needs and challenges. - Drive Growth:
Schedule high-quality meetings and product demonstrations for the sales team to close deals. - Collaborate:
Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to refine outreach strategies and improve conversion rates. - Track and Analyze:
Use the CRM system to maintain accurate records of leads, activities, and outcomes to drive continuous improvement.

Who You Are:
- New business focused:
You will have experience (1yr at least) in an outbound sales environment. This is essential (B2B preferred) - Energetic & Enthusiastic:
You have a positive attitude and a strong desire to succeed. - Excellent Communicator:
Your verbal and written communication skills are top-notch. - Tech-Savvy:
You're comfortable using technology and eager to learn about new tools and solutions. - Goal-Oriented:
You thrive on setting and achieving ambitious targets. - Team Player:
You enjoy working collaboratively and supporting your colleagues to achieve shared goals. - Australian Citizen / Permanent Resident / NZ Citizen (with SCV)
