What You'll Do:

  • Prospect and Qualify:
    Identify and engage potential customers through outbound calls, emails, and social media.
  • Build Relationships:
    Develop meaningful connections with key decision-makers to understand their needs and challenges.
  • Drive Growth:
    Schedule high-quality meetings and product demonstrations for the sales team to close deals.
  • Collaborate:
    Work closely with the marketing and sales teams to refine outreach strategies and improve conversion rates.
  • Track and Analyze:
    Use the CRM system to maintain accurate records of leads, activities, and outcomes to drive continuous improvement.

Who You Are:

  • New business focused:
    You will have experience (1yr at least) in an outbound sales environment. This is essential (B2B preferred)
  • Energetic & Enthusiastic:
    You have a positive attitude and a strong desire to succeed.
  • Excellent Communicator:
    Your verbal and written communication skills are top-notch.
  • Tech-Savvy:
    You're comfortable using technology and eager to learn about new tools and solutions.
