Indigeco is supporting a NSW Government Department to engage skilled digital specialists for high-impact transformation work. These roles contribute to research, design, development and solution architecture across major court and tribunal digital services.

UX/UI Designer – 1 role

Salary: $750 to $892.87 per day (flat rate)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct user research, usability testing and customer analysis to inform design decisions.
  • Design user journeys, wireframes, prototypes and interface components.
  • Apply Human-Centred Design methods to improve digital services.
  • Ensure compliance with accessibility, NSW digital standards and responsive design practices.
  • Work closely with developers, product teams and stakeholders to refine solutions.
  • Maintain design systems and produce documentation in Figma.

Key Requirements:

  • Formal training in UX, UI or Service Design.
  • Extensive experience in designing digital products for mobile and web.
  • Strong skills in Figma, typography, layout and information architecture.
  • Understanding of frontend technologies and how designs are implemented.
  • Experience running research, workshops and presenting design solutions.

OutSystems Developer – 3 roles

Salary: $800 to $931.69 per day (flat rate)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Design, develop and maintain features in the Online Probate application using OutSystems.
  • Build high-quality, scalable code and user interfaces.
  • Follow development best practices, unit testing and automation.
  • Integrate APIs, databases and third-party systems.
  • Support performance optimisation and troubleshooting.
  • Work collaboratively with multidisciplinary digital teams.

Key Requirements:

  • 5+ years full-stack development experience.
  • Strong OutSystems skills and experience across React, Angular or Vue.
  • Knowledge of integrations, Mulesoft, REST APIs and CI/CD tools.
  • Experience with SQL databases and modern software engineering practices.
  • Strong communication skills and ability to interpret business requirements.

Solution Architect – 1 role

Salary: $800 to $1,085.43 per day (flat rate)

Key Responsibilities:

  • Analyse business requirements and design solutions aligned with the digital program architecture.
  • Develop and document solution designs, technical approaches and dependencies.
  • Work across application, integration and data architecture domains.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders, SMEs and developers to ensure delivery feasibility.
  • Conduct research to inform technology choices and system improvements.
  • Support the creation and maintenance of architecture and service catalogues.

Key Requirements:

  • Strong background in application and solution architecture.
  • Experience with web, cloud, integration, IDAM and digital technologies.
  • Ability to balance competing business priorities and provide design leadership.
  • Experience working in agile digital delivery environments.
