This host company is a young climate start-up, looking for a passionate, hard-working and capable engineering intern to help with engineering design projects. This is an opportunity to join an innovative and dynamic business on the cutting edge of the green revolution and make a lasting difference to the environment.

Tasks:
  • Develop company 3D CAD model database
  • Create design drawings – General Assemblies, Site Layouts, Renders
  • Independently undertake small design projects
  • Development of technical documents, specification sheets, engineering briefs
  • Assist CTO in engineering drafting work as well as any related technical task


Requirements

About You:
  • Cheerful and upbeat demeanor
  • Proactive, able to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Can-Do attitude with a willingness to go the extra mile
  • Adaptability, being able to work without a framework in a startup environment
  • Tertiary degree in Mechanical, Mechatronics or Renewable Energy Engineering
  • Intermediate Solidworks and/or Autodesk skills
  • Proficient Microsoft Office suite skills – Excel, Word, and PowerPoint
  • Experience in solar or wind power generation design or in the use of advanced composites for pressure vessel design would be highly desired
  • Commitment to work 3 days per week for a 12 weeks period
