Summary:

As a Key Account Manager – Close Out, you will be responsible for managing the full cycle of product close-outs across all four TBN brands. This includes identifying products for phase-out, negotiating with partners and retailers, managing inventory exit strategies, and ensuring stock transitions are executed seamlessly.

You will play a pivotal role in protecting our core brand value while maximizing margin recovery through smart clearance channels. This is a highly cross-functional role, working closely with Sales, Marketing, Supply Chain, Finance, and Brand Teams.

Responsibilities:


• Develop and execute close-out strategies for end-of-life products across cosmetics and fragrance categories.


• Manage inventory run-down plans, working with Supply Chain to ensure efficiency and minimal obsolescence.


• Identify and negotiate clearance channels (domestic and international), ensuring they align with brand standards.


• Build and maintain strong relationships with key retail partners, distributors, and clearance outlets.


• Monitor market trends and competitor activity to inform pricing and clearance strategies.


• Provide reporting and insights on close-out performance, margins, and stock movements.


• Collaborate with Brand Teams to ensure product exits are managed in line with overall brand strategy.


• Drive continuous improvement in close-out processes to maximize profitability and efficiency.

About You:

We are looking for a commercial, detail-driven professional with strong negotiation skills and a track record of managing product lifecycle or clearance channels. You'll thrive in a fast-paced, retail/consumer goods environment and bring both strategic thinking and hands-on execution to the role.

You will ideally have:


• Experience in FMCG, retail, cosmetics, or consumer goods (preferred but not essential).


• Strong commercial acumen and proven ability to deliver sales and margin results.


• Excellent negotiation and stakeholder management skills.


• Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and make informed decisions.


• Highly organised, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.


• A collaborative mindset and the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.


• A proactive, solutions-focused approach.
