About the Role

As our Store Manager,you will take full ownership of your store's performance and customer experience. You will be responsible for:

  • Leading and developing a passionate team to deliver exceptional service and memorable experiences
  • Driving sales and maximising profitability through strategic planning and performance management
  • Ensuring inventory integrity by minimising stock loss and maintaining accurate stock levels
  • Managing visual merchandising and store presentation to align with brand standards
  • Fostering a positive, engaging, and ethical working environment
  • Upholding high service standards and consistently meeting key performance indicators

  • A passion for delivering outstanding customer experiences and embodying the Victoria's Secret brand.
